“Those who don’t jump will never fly.” – Leena Ahmad Almashat

We tend to blame outward problems. We express that they are the reason we have yet to reach our goals. It has nothing to do with us and all to do with X, Y, and Z.

Take a second to flip the switch.
Self-reflection is something that humans often take for granted.
We ignore our own personal problems.
While highlighting the problems of others and the world.

Hear me out now. What if the main root of the problem that is holding you back is you. It’s a painfully simple answer. It’s difficult because there is no cut and dry solution. It’s about you and it’s up to you to fix it.

So now you have to ask yourself an even harder question. What steps are you going to take so you don’t hold yourself back? Are you going to start manifesting, meditating, meal prepping? What are you going to do to jump the hurdle of X, Y, and Z and start living your life to the fullest?
