Highs And Lows

Take a second and think about the highs and lows of your past week. Everyone has them, but few take the time to think about them.

If your high is something you’d be able to repeat, try to repeat it next week.

If your low is something you do not have control over do not let it affect you.

Keep control over what you can and let go of control of what you can’t. As long as you are consistently doing your best then in my opinion you’re doing great.

Your highs and lows are yours which means you have control over them. Today is Friday, allow yourself to end the work week on a high note then carry it through the rest of your life.
