You’re Probably Dehydrated

“Drinking water is like washing out your insides. The water will cleanse the system, fill you up, decrease your caloric load and improve the function of all your tissues.” – Kevin R. Stone

I hate to break it to you but you’re probably dehydrated.

This is a friendly reminder to drink some water. Our bodies can be kind of stupid and rather often we do not think we are thirsty.

Drink some water, take a quick walk around the block, take a deep breath, do what you need to do and what you should do.
