Don’t Wait For Something Bad To Happen

“Resistance by definition is self-sabotage.” – Steven Pressfield

On the rare occasion that everything is going well in life, it is easy to start looking for the bad things. We ruin our own happiness by waiting for something bad to happen. We seek out the bad more than we seek out the good.

We overthink and believe that it is too good to be true, we take away from the moment of enjoyment with negativity. This is self-sabotaging to the extreme. A lot of times people fall into this trap because when everything is going good life tends to be boring.

When we’re used to being in a constant state of stress and worry which makes the enjoyment boring. But in reality, it shouldn’t be treated that way. Life is beautiful and it shouldn’t always be stressful, if it’s boring at times that doesn’t mean that it’s bad.

Don’t take your life for granted don’t wait for something bad to happen. Don’t take something good and make it bad by self-sabotaging.
