“Music . . . can name the unnameable and communicate the unknowable.”
– Leonard Bernstein
I somehow only recently discovered this album but my goodness is it golden.
Noah Kahan is truly brilliant, he grew up on a 133-acre tree farm in Vermont where the population was about a thousand people and entered the pop world.
This album has the ability to make you want to jam out no matter the circumstances surrounding you.
It is almost a feeling of freedom that comes from listening to it. You are taken on a journey from beginning to end and when it comes to an end you don’t want it to be over so you listen to the album over and over again.
Or maybe that is just a me thing.
It is truly so inspiring to see someone go from a town with 1000 people to almost 6.5 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
I can imagine that he is the type of person that doesn’t quite believe it is all real yet, but trust me it is, and he deserves every it of it.
