Like riding a bike.
I do not know about you, but I personally have not ridden a bike in quite some time. Although I am quite intrigued to see if it actually does come back to you. I do not think riding a bike in 20-degree weather or snowy conditions would be the best place to try.
It has gotten me thinking about all of the other things that people say come back to you like riding a bike.
I’ve heard everything from driving a stick car, remembering certain software, coming back to a job or school from a break. No matter how long the break you eventually get back into the swing of things.
Our brain/body is quite magical in my opinion with how this happens. Habits and routines are so ingrained in you that even if we have not attempted them in a while, eventually they will come back.
