Like riding a bike.
I do not know about you, but I personally have not ridden a bike in quite some time. Although I am quite intrigued to see if it actually does come back to you. I do not think riding a bike in 20-degree weather or snowy conditions would be the best place to try.
It got me thinking about the other things that people say come back to you like riding a bike.
I’ve heard everything from driving a stick car, remembering certain software, coming back to a job or school from a break. No matter how long the break you eventually get back into the swing of things.
Our brain/body is quite magical in my opinion with how this happens. Habits and routines are ingrained in you that even if we haven’t attempted them in a while. Eventually they will come back.
