“If you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to people or things.” – Albert Einstein
Goals are a strange thing, they can either be a nagging thing in the back of your head that never goes away or the things that drive you to do better than before.
You have to define your goals to be able to reach them. Having a vague goal is like having a life vest but no way to fill it with air. In the end, it is useless but if you have the ability to blow it up you are set.
What may seem intimidating or even impossible at first can turn into something very approachable. All you have to do is figure out where you are now, where you want to be and the steps to get there. Then you need to follow the path.
Easy as pie… Right?
The only issue is that pie is actually quite complicated, so I’ll break it down for you. Measure what you improved, define your goals, seek action steps not just plans on paper. Do what you know you need to do to accomplish the goals you have set for yourself.
At the very least you owe it to yourself, prove to yourself that you can do it. No matter how tall the hurdles you have to jump.
