16 Workouts You Can Do At Home

I feel like before I start this I need to make it known that I am by no means expert when it comes to working out.

I am just a girl that really likes working out and feeling good. I am also quite intimidated by weights so for the majority of my time working out I have not used weights. Which for some people is close to all that they do. 

I am sure that for those that focus mostly on weights this quarantine is hitting you quite hard. Thankfully for me not too much has changed in my workout schedule.

Here is a list of workouts that you can do, the majority are apartment safe as well, no one wants to anger their neighbor with the state of everything else going on right now.


  • Lunges
  • Jumping jacks
  • High knees
  • Squats (sumo, regular, single-leg, pules, etc,)


  • Push-ups (tricep, bicep, etc.
  • Pulses/circles in different positions
  • Tricep dips


  • Crunches (basic, reverse, twist, bicycle, etc.
  • Dead bugs
  • Bicycles
  • Planks (side, regular, and reverse, etc.)


  • Inner thigh circles
  • Side leg raises
  • Clams
  • High flyes
  • Calf raises

I want to finish this off by letting you know that you are beautiful/handsome and that it is okay if your body changes during this time. Not everyone has the time or motivation to go through a complete transformation during quarantine and that is okay. 

Let your body be, take rest days, eat good food, I know it is easier said than done, don’t do it for me but for yourself and to make you feel good.
