Green Onions

“Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.” – Michael Pollan

For as long as I can remember my mom has bought new green onions almost every single time she goes to the grocery store.

The other day I decided to stick some of the ends on water. Little did I know, this is all you have to do to practically guarantee you never have to buy green onions again.

We now have a little garden of green onions to add to our collection of plants. To be fair they are the only thing we can eat, or at least that I know of, out of our growing army of plants but one is better than none.

So, if you are like my mom and you are constantly buying more green onions. Trying throwing them in a cup of water and see what happens. Before you know it you could have your own little army of green onions.
