The First Day Of Spring

Today is the first day of spring and for those that suffer from seasonal depression, this is a fantastic time for you. Daylight savings has hit, we get the sun out for so much of the day and the weather is getting warmer.

Is there a better situation?

Yes, allergies are annoying at times, but the reason allergies are here are because things are blooming and there is life in the air again.

There are activities you can do outside without freezing your butt off and dogs can frolic in at the parks to their heart’s content.

Spring has sprung, although it can feel like every day is the same do something today to make it different. It is the first day of spring and it deserves to be celebrated.

Do your spring cleaning, cut your hair, start that project you’ve been putting off. The time is now, so go for it.
