You Won’t Believe This Happened In One Day

“Sometimes it feels like my life is just one long day” – John Mayer

Yesterday I drove home to Kansas City, Kansas from Austin, Texas, about a twelve-hour drive, by myself. Previously to this, the longest I had driven was eight hours a few weeks earlier.

I was hoping for a chill drive, nothing too out there but one can only hope.

Within the drive these are a few of the things that happened, I:

Chugged a double shot of espresso, filled up my travel mug with black coffee, and was headed out at 6:30am after going to bed at 1am.

Was aggressively flipped off by people for driving the speed limit.

Spent twenty minutes trying to find a bathroom open to the public.

Accidentally broke the law by walking into a liquor store in Oklahoma. It attached to a gas station and I was confused.

Drank another double shot of espresso.

Got pulled over for speeding, which then lead to a panic attack, which then lead to a headache.

Got lost trying to find my new home. While I was gone my family moved to a different house.

Although I am excited to be home I am not happy I had to go through a lot yesterday to get here. Most I will be staying home for a while until I am forced to leave again, I still need to settle into the new house and get my life here figured out.
