“Sometimes, little things make a big difference…” – Nino Varsimashvili
After a long gloomy day, or week, or month there is something entirely magical about feeling the sun on your skin. Just sitting there and letting yourself feel the warmth.
A moment like this is what I live for, truly.
This is what I thrive off of, someone else it may be the gloomy day with a cup of tea or a good gym session. No matter the person we all have these little things that make life enjoyable.
The harsh reality of life is that burnout is a real thing, it sneaks up on you until it knows that you are in a vulnerable place and then it attacks.
This is why it is extremely important to have little things in your life, like a moment in the sun to yourself for yourself. No matter how hectic or busy your day is finding the few minutes here and there to continue enjoying life.
Find and enjoy the sun on your skin, the tea in your mug, the weight in your hand. No matter what your thing is, do not take it for granted and remember to fully enjoy every time you get to experience it.
