Fear Distancing

We are hearing around every corner that we need to social distance, we also need to distance ourselves from the things that bring us fear as well. I am talking about social media, the news, sometimes certain family members, etc. 

The reason you need to distance yourself from this is that once your fear goes up then your stress goes up and then your immune system is down. Then you are more vulnerable than ever before. You are vulnerable physically, emotionally, mentally, essentially in every way possible.

Tips:

  • Set limitations on social media
  • Have a set nighttime routine
  • Create a community

No one likes feeling sick and if you have the self-discipline to incorporate fear distancing into your life then life simple becomes easier.  Who doesn’t want their life to be easier?

Life is quite scary right now and everyone is trying to boost their immune system. One of the easiest ways to do so is by distancing yourself, more than just socially.
