Apprenticeship: Week 7

“It’s an odd thing, but anyone who disappears is said to be seen in San Francisco. It must be a delightful city and possess all the attractions of the next world.” – Oscar Wilde

This week I have recognized how truly important it is to breathe.

Breathing, something so easy and simple yet if we think about it for more than two seconds we start to overthink it. I have started doing morning guided meditation. The 15-20 minutes of peace that it brings has helped me to center myself and get in a good mindset for the day.

I would highly suggest implementing it into your day to day life.

Things I did this week…

  • Launched a 30-day journaling challenge -> sign up to my newsletter to join!
  • Unbounce landing pages
  • How to connect Sumo with GA
  • Went to SF for the first time
  • Creating, editing and sending outreach emails
  • Auditing all of the spreadsheets
  • Joined a reading the bible in a month challenge

Yes, ladies and gentlemen after seven weeks of living in the bay area I finally did some sightseeing! Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the city so empty.

I also launched my 30-day journaling challenge through my newsletter. Journaling has been something extremely beneficial and calming in my life for the past few years. Everyone could use a bit more peace in their life if you would like to sign up you can through the newsletter sign up at the bottom of this page!

For any of my family that is worried about me and my lack of contact with them. No need to worry, my days have been filled with learning new things and living in a place with nonstop beautiful weather. I’d say I’m doing pretty good right now.
