Apprenticeship: Week 10

“To learn and not to do is really not to learn. To know and not to do is really not to know.” – Stephen R. Covey

Wow double digits here we are. It is insane how fast the weeks are going.

Things I did this week…

  • Got more comfortable with
  • Progressed my knowledge of LinkedIn & Google ads
  • Finished a book -> Book Review: Love Does
  • Started a weekly company newsletter
  • Met my host sister (she is a sweetheart)

This past week had a lot of big moves in it for my personal life. Some stuff that I am not entirely comfortable with sharing in this post but things are looking up which is good!

As of right now, I have no idea when I will be able actually to go to the office. Our shelter in place is supposed to end on Sunday. That definitely does not mean that riding the BART and going into the office will be happening on Monday.

To be honest I really have no idea what the future looks like when it comes to the whole COVID, office, and commute situation. My commute will be quite long, over an hour one way, and on public transportation. The office is shared among other companies so I really have no idea how any of this is going to work out.

I am looking ahead and excited for the future though, it will be an exciting time regardless. I hope you can say the same as well!
