Life Is A Community

“Pull up a chair. Take a taste. Come join us. Life is so endlessly delicious.” – Ruth Reichl

If the world were a game it would be a team game, there is no way to walk through life like you’re in a single-player game. There is a reason no one plays Monopoly by themselves.

Humans thrive off of other humans, there is an exchange of energy that happens when we interact with one another.

A spark that happens when you make eye contact, the butterflies in your stomach when you get a crush. We are meant to feel and be vocal about these things. Tell your friends, family, whoever.

When you are going through a difficult time that is when the community aspect of life needs to be more present than ever before. The sad thing is that you cannot fake your way through life and most of the time people can spot when you are being fake.

The communities that have risen up during these difficult times have been a truly beautiful thing to see. It has brought life and spirit into depressing and scary times. No matter how much of an introvert you are there is still a need for community in your life. No matter how much you hate physical touch there is still a need for interaction in your life.

Our lives were not meant to be lived behind a screen, they were meant to be lived, not just to the bare minimum but to the fullest, to our highest potential and past.
