Little Habits Over Big Changes

A habit cannot be tossed out the window; it must be coaxed down the stairs a step at a time. – Mark Twain

Something that I am guilty of doing is trying to make big changes, and they are usually without any preparation.

What I have learned from this often disastrous big changes is that they don’t last, I know shocking.

The better thing to do is find a little habit and do it consistently.

Then once you have a solid habit you build off of it and slowly but surely you will be building up your habits to achieve the one big change.

Doing this makes your habits stick, it takes longer for sure but it is worth it.

What is one big change you want to make? And what is one little habit you are going to implement to get there?
