We Live, But What Is The Quality?

“The quality of your life depends on the quality of the questions you ask yourself” – Bernardo Moya

We’re all living right now, or at least I hope we are, We live, but what is the quality of your life? When was the last time that you stopped and actually thought about the condition of your life?

What you’re gaining from it, what it’s taking from you, and more.

As humans, I believe that we owe it to ourselves to constantly be striving to improve the quality of your life.

Whatever that means for you is up to you, but the bottom line is you need to keep growing, moving, learning, etc.

Ask yourself the hard questions:

  • Am I being fulfilled from work?
  • Is this relationship a healthy one?
  • Are my priorities in the right order?
  • Do I feel trapped or free?
  • Are my habits helping me get closer to my goals?
  • etc.

While asking, answer honestly. It’s like how a therapist can’t help you unless you tell them the truth. You can’t improve your quality of life without being honest with yourself. So be brave, and be proud of yourself for doing so.
