Whenever you are feeling anxious, stressed, depressed, remember that that is not who you are. Feeling something does not make it a part of you.
When you are feeling not like yourself do something that you feel like yourself.
You can paint, work out, write, bake, draw with chalk, or anything else under the sun.
Feeling like yourself is a superpower, one that sadly is not always present but is something we should always be striving to achieve.
Remember, your superpower is feeling like yourself. So, when you are not feeling like yourself have the courage to do something about it. Do not sit it, but do something about it.
