Take A Moment

Take a moment or two today and do what you need to do for yourself.

Take a moment to:

  • Be kind
  • Consider how you’re really, truly feeling
  • Catch your breath
  • Focus on one thing at a time
  • Do something you love
  • Re-prioritize
  • Smile
  • Begin, start with something small

Our to-do lists are so full of items and it can feel like there are a million things to check off but you should prioritize yourself at the top of the list.

Everything does not have to be productive. Focus on small steps and yourself. Be selfish. Small steps are all you need to keep going.
