Thoughts Are Not Facts

“A sick thought can devour the body’s flesh more than fever or consumption.” – Guy de Maupassant

I’m always overthinking but one thing that’s important to remember is that your thoughts are not your facts. It can be easy to spiral and start to believe that everything in your mind is a fact.

Stop clouding your mind with thoughts that ruin your life. Stop believing the reality that you made up in your mind.

Facts are facts and thoughts are thoughts, sometimes thoughts can be facts but this isn’t always the case. Keep this in mind when you feel like you’re going out of your mind.

Anxiety crease a false reality, a reality that is often a bad one. Love yourself and create a safe space.
