Digital Minimalism

“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” – Leonardo da Vinci

For me personally cleaning out not just my physical space but every space. A big one being my digital space, including my phone and laptop and all that is on them.

One of the first steps that I did was I deleted a lot of social media from my phone. The only way that I can access most of my social media is through my laptop, and some I have decided to take out of my life completely.

Another thing that I did was I going through and organizing my files, this includes my pictures, videos, etc. It is incredible how freeing you can feel from cleaning out something so simple. It makes complete sense though, these are things that we use every single day so they end up having quite a big impact on us.

It is not very time consuming either, take a few minutes today and go through a device. You do not need to go all the way through and do a deep dive, just some light cleaning is all you need to feel light years better.
