The Weight Of Failure vs Fear

“Decide that you want it more than you are afraid of it.” – Bill Cosby

One thing that I have noticed is that fear has a much bigger impact on your life than failure does. Which was a bit of a shock to my perfectionist self with I settled into what that truly means.

Failure means you tried something and it did not end the best. But you tried, and from trying you learn.

Fear means you do not try, fear means you think ‘what if?’ you might even think ‘what if I fail?’ and let that control your every move.

The weight of fear is immeasurably more than the weight of failure. When you change your mindset allowing failure to happen and kicking fear to the curb the world opens up.
