Celebrating your victories is so important, of course, others can celebrate with you but no one else can fully celebrate for you.
Take some time and reflect on the past year or so and celebrate all of the little victories. Celebrating doesn’t mean that you have to go out to a bar and party, it simply means that you take the time to see your growth.
It means seeing and accepting your growth. Victories no matter how small are worth being celebrated, so celebrate for you.
