Your Inner Child

“The most sophisticated people I know – inside they are all children. ” – Jim Henson

Sometimes your inner child wants to run barefoot in the grass and climb trees and other times they want to eat microwave popcorn and watch cartoons. Regardless of what your inner child wants to do it’s important to not neglect or deny the youth inside of you.

Just because you’re an adult now doesn’t mean that your inner child disappears. It’s there for a reason and deserves the same amount of respect that you give your adultlike qualities.

Allow yourself to be curious, have fun, and create new things. Don’t force yourself into a box that is uncomfortable. Allow yourself to be you.
