A Lot But Not It All

One of the best reminders to keep front of mind is the fact that you can do a lot but you don’t have to do it all. Self-care matters and if you feel like you have to do it all I’m here to remind you that you don’t.

If you’re in the perfectionist mindset it can be easy to think that you have to get it all done. But this kind of thinking often leads to burnout.

Combat this by breaking down your to-do lists and do what is most important and actually had to get done. On top of this don’t forget to do the things that bring you joy. Tackle your items one step at a time.

You were never meant to handle it all, so if you need to disperse your tasks to someone else don’t take it personally. Taking this personally is disregarding being human. Support is all around you, you can have a lot to do but you don’t have to do it all.
